Our Story

After living and farming in Harrisburg for many years, the Reinfords moved to Mechanicsburg in 2014 to start what would become Rising Sun Acres. Located in Monroe Township, Cumberland County on the traditional lands of the Susquehannock people, our 5 acres is a haven of diversity amid cornfields and suburban developments. Connecting with our customers and developing community has been an integral part of our vision from the beginning. We delight in stewarding this land and working in partnership with it to grow good food that we can share with our neighbors.
