NOTE: Registration for the 2024-25 CSA is closed. Please subscribe to the website/blog to get updates about Thanksgiving boxes and pop-up markets, and to be added to the advance notification list for next year.

The majority of our produce is sold through our “Three Season Harvest Adventure.” This version of a Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) program is a unique way to eat well all winter long.

As a member, you will receive a share of the harvest:  twelve boxes of goodness from September to April. Choose between our traditional produce box subscription (CSA) for $350 ($27 of produce/box, with the ability to customize and add to your order) OR the a la carte option.  With the a la carte option you only get produce if you place an order, and you only have to order what you want (no minimum).  Please be advised that if I’m running short on an item, the people who are traditional produce box subscribers will get first dibs, and I’ll fill a la carte orders after I’ve packed regular boxes.

Boxes will include staples such as onions, garlic, sweet potatoes, carrots, beets, and many varieties of winter squash. There will also be a regular assortment of greens (spinach, lettuce, kale, bok choy, herbs) as well as specialty items such as broccoli, fennel, baby ginger, and arugula. While most of the produce will come from Rising Sun Acres, I’ll also be partnering with other local farms to offer things such as mushrooms, apples, honey, and vegetables to fill in gaps in my production. You can also add a loaf (or more) of fresh baked bread from Hattie's Bread Box to your box.

Pick up will be on Thursdays in the afternoon/evening at Rising Sun Acres, Camp Hill, Uptown (Harrisburg) or Allison Hill (Harrisburg). Home delivery is also an option for an additional fee of $45.

We also have occasional pop ups sales and sell certain items in other venues, such as Talking Breads and Radish and Rye Food Hub.
